Community background

community at paus Wavy Underline

Community is at the heart of Paus. It is the laughter at a Shared Table, the honesty and depth of a Matcha Morning, the quiet focus of a Slow Session, and the creativity of a Creator's Club workshop. Together, we have built a space where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow.

Mum’s Matcha Mornings

A circle created just for mums. These mornings go beyond day-to-day chats, opening space to talk honestly about motherhood, identity, and the support we all wish we had. No filters, no judgment - just real stories, understanding, and shared growth.

Slow Sessions

When we slow down, we reconnect. Each session pairs a grounding physical practice, like yin yoga or sound healing, with a creative one, such as art therapy or journaling. Together, they help you rest, express, and return to yourself with more ease.

Slow Sessions

Deep Dives

Conversations that shift your perspective. Each Deep Dive takes a topic rooted in the Paus Code and unpacks it through guided prompts, shared dialogue, and practical tools you can take into your own life.

Creator’s Club

Hands-on, heart-led sessions to make, play, and create through craft and community. Led by moderators who are just as passionate about creation, our workshops have included everything Grandma crafts like embroidery & crochet to Cultural Crafts like Talli weaving & Tatreez to ceramic, pottery and so much more.

Creator’s Club

Shared Table

A three-course meal served family-style around one big table. Phones away, stories open. Guests arrive as strangers and leave as friends. Not because they swapped bios, but because they shared food and conversations that matter.

Shared Table

Block Party

A day of music, poetry, making, and community. With open mic sessions, hands-on crafting, and a local market, the Block Party is a space to pause, connect, and feel part of something shared.

Paus Panel

Live conversations led by experts and community voices, built around the topics people actually want to talk about. From balancing hustle with self-love to building businesses with friends and family, these panels are a chance to learn, share, and feel inspired.

Matcha Mornings

A safe space to go beyond surface talk. Matcha Mornings invite honest conversations where you can reflect, share, and connect without judgment. From “Can you really start fresh, or does the past follow you?” to “Does your job title define you?”, every session is a chance to feel truly seen and heard.

WHAT’S NEW IN February

Every month brings something new to Paus. From community dinners to creative workshops, here are the highlights you can look forward to this November.

Suhoor Shared Table

The Eatery

Suhoor Shared Table

An evening designed to slow down and connect beyond the surface. Shared Table is a hosted, three-course meal served family-style — where guests arrive as strangers and leave feeling like friends. Inspired by the no-small-talk dinner movement, this experience invites honest conversation and human connection. Phones are tucked away, small talk is set aside, and each guest is gently guided through meaningful prompts that spark reflection, laughter, and real conversation. A reminder that when we create space for presence and openness, connection happens naturally. ✨

Highlight

Some experiences deserve more time and space. Our workshops are designed for deeper learning and new skills, often created in collaboration with like-minded brands.

The Lounge

Arabic Calligraphy

An introduction to the art of Arabic calligraphy, open to all — no artistic experience required. This workshop focuses on form, flow, and storytelling through letter shapes. You’ll explore structure and movement while creating your own calligraphic designs, learning a timeless art form and leaving with pieces that reflect both skill and self-expression.
